We would like to inform about the current delivery situation related to the ramp-up of our new distribution center in Germany.
The start-up has been more challenging than anticipated, which has temporarily impacted delivery performance and resulted in lower service levels than our standard. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
Stabilising operations is our highest priority. We are working closely with our logistics partner, with whom we have a constructive dialogue, to increase capacity, reduce the backlog, and restore a stable and predictable delivery flow.
While deliveries may remain affected in the near term as we work through the backlog, we expect a gradual improvement in performance and predictability going forward.
We remain fully focused on returning to normal service levels as quickly as possible and ensuring a stable supply to our customers.
